How can pointing a gun at someone's head and firing it be a misdemeanor? I honestly don't understand.

Seriously though, is this all just based on the accuser's testimony?
Who knows if this guy tried to rob Rolando and it backfired on him? Maybe Rolando went a little overboard, I don't know, maybe this isn't the first time somebody has tried to rob him?
Maybe he's trying to make sure people don't mess with him by letting 'em know he is dangerous, too?
Or maybe he is just a complete dumb ass and is running around with some low lifes on the streets of Alabama?
I'd like to wait to hear more because I don't know how I'd react if some guy was trying to rob me and I was a professional athlete with millions. Especially if I had a gun on me. Who knows what I would do if that were the situation.
