You have to consider that this is only for Madden, and that there is a whole year to go through before you can really judge this (though to be fair, Madden is the EA flagship sports franchise.)

I know a friend of mine who bought it for NHL and FIFA, so yeah, this would apply to him. But if you are going to buy this, now would seem like the time. Only other major time I could see this booming is when Fifa comes out, so if I am not wrong, it sells more then Madden world wide.
