When the Eagles started running the ball more their offense was fine. ppl have been saying they need a receiver for McNabb forever. There receivers are fine. They have other needs.

I don't think the Eagles need a safety actually. Eagles fans, if you have been watching games, you seen Quentin Demps coming in on a lot of plays and doing quite a good job, I think in a few years he could be a good fill in for Dawk.

In the first round you need to package those picks up and see what you can do, Boldin will have to be one of the main focuses to get this offseason. If they can trade for Boldin and draft someone like Eben Britton and they are pretty much set.

They need a better fullback, klecko being a starter on a practice squad is a disgrace, him starting for an nfl team is like slapping god in the face. They should use a 3rd round pick and draft a high quality full back.

Tony Fiammetta is probably the best FB coming out of the draft and your right the Eagles better make sure they spend a pick on him. They haven't had a real fullback on the team in years and really need one. Maybe they can make Eckle their fullback, but if not then they need to draft Fiammetta. But so far Fiammetta and Brannan Southerland, the best two fullbacks, arent projected to be drafted until the 5th to 6th round.

If i was the eagles, then this is what i'd probally do this offseason

package the 2 first round picks and lito to get the 3rd ovr pick and get crabtree, or i'd spend money in trying to get a good reciever like boldin or whosyourmama, or worst case scenario, try to get terrel owens from the cowboys by trading curtis and a 3rd round pick, or pick up marvin harrison if he's a FA and let go by the colts.

Then go for a FB in the 5th, another offensive tackle in the 3rd or 2nd round. Defensively, start to groom demps to take over the spot left by dawkins. Another plus for the defense is if they can get the omar gaither situation cleared up, either start him or not. I'd personally get another physcial specimen at LB and groom him to be the starter is 2 to 3 years.

That's what i'd do.

If Mcnabb had recievers that could actually catch a ball when it hit there hands then they would of won the game. I counted numerous time in the game when it hit the reciever enough in the hands where it should be a catch. Also Mcnabb didnt lose the championship game, the defense did. The Eagles had the lead with about almost ten minutes to go and they let the Cardinals march right down the field and score a touchdown while taking about 8 minutes off the clock.

Yes but when you have the lead the defense is expected to stop the offense and they didnt. I remember counting at least 7 passes where it the defenders in the hands and they dropped it. I dont care if a pass was little behind if it hits any part of your body you have to make the catch.

Cassel also has Randy Moss and Wes Welker.
If Kolb stepped in he would have Curtis and DeSean, not as big as threats.
If they got Boldin then it would be a lot easier to get Kolb in, but until there is a special threat on this team then they need to keep McNabb in there.
