Damn, first game back in over 5 months and krul is still tearing shit up. I swear SOCOM is like riding a bike for me.

In a 8v8 got 7 kills & 3 deaths and I missed 2 rounds lol. Where you guys at?

Patch 1.6 Info

We are working hard on Patch 1.60 and we are really excited about it. After the patch is released, it will soon be followed by the promised DLC pack that you have been waiting for! We know how badly you want to get your hands on that and we are looking forward to getting it to you!

As we have mentioned before, Patch 1.60 will contain some free DLC which will be available to everyone. Today, we want to share with you a screenshot from it, giving you a sneak peak at the Italian COMSUBIN Special Forces. In this shot, you can see their new combat camo and their new primary weapon, the SPAS-15. Also shown is the AK-74 which will be available to everyone.

We thank you for your patience as we finish the patch and DLC. We will be releasing more information on both in the coming weeks!

The Dutch KCT
Last week, we showed you a sneak peek of the new Italian COMSUBIN Special Forces along with some of the weapons that will be included in the free DLC that will be part of the 1.60 update. Today, it’s only fair that we let you have a look at the other included faction: the Dutch KCT! In this shot, you can see their new exclusive weapon, the 417 assault rifle. Also pictured are the AK-74 and the SR-25 which will be available to all Commandos.

It will be pretty cool with more guns, just need more maps, but I wonder if Slant Six was smart enough so that you can use the new guns for the trophies, but im guessing they wont. I dont udnerstand why the even made the new factions cause ppl dont give a fuck what they really look like.

No doubt man. I just need to keep a close eye out for when this shit drops so I don't miss that 24 hour discount for $10 instead of the $15 (even though it'd still be worth that IMO). Maybe I'm a sick bastard...but I'm praying to see blood pouring all over the snow...I really hope when you shoot guys that the blood will be seen in the snow...I'd fap lol.

Im sure they will give a heads up for that shit, but I dobut they will have blood, hell I doubt you'll see your footprints in the snow, but god damn snow is gonna bring a much needed freshness to the game.

Night Stalker with Thermal gonna be sweet, but I hope for 3 things. 1.) DOnt add the explosive barrels to the classic maps and 2.) Hopefully the 2 new maps are designed to utilzie the entire map and 3.) Be able to play the new game mode with the old maps.

The only two maps my clan played towards the end of SOCOM II was Night Stalker and Blizzard so needless to say I'm pretty stoked. SOCOM Confrontation has gotten a bad rap, but I never thought it was all that bad besides the lag. Sure, Slant Six broke a ton of promises but I'm finally getting the game I had expected, even if it is a year after it's release.

I still have yet to see these lag issues that people bring up every now and then. Game plays perfectly fine for me except maybe 1 or 2 times that I can think of off the top of my head. *knock on wood*
