Moss had a qb incapble of throwing the long ball all last season , when they needed him in the clutch (jets game) he came through .... At least Owens got to play 10 (i think) games with Romo , Moss had nothing but a half with Brady.

Cassel is clearly no Brady, but he was hardly incapable. The guy threw for 3700 yards and 21 TD's. Moss is the most one dimensional WR in the league. The only player on that list of 10 that he MIGHT deserve to be rated higher than is Welker. Wayne, Boldin, White, Marshall, and CJ are all better, more complete WR's.

Too many good Defensive players IMO, Nnamdi is dominant and good, but dude doesnt deserve a Madden perfect 99, Raider fans will Bash and talk shit about Bailey but Honestly the only 99 Defensive players should be Troy Polamalu and Albert Haynesworth.

Ed Reed is a deserved 99 , nobody does what he does in terms of playing Center feild . They asked Brady and Manning who they want on their team and they both said Reed.

I take back what I said. Just looked at his stats and he easily had the best year for a TE last year. Didn't realize he put up those numbers, that was like the quietest season ever lol.

Packers had the #6 QB in terms of Passer Rating, top-5 in the other big categories. (TDs, Yds, not a lot of INTs)

Packers had the #WR in terms of yardage, and he had one of the highest YPC Avg.

Packers had a CB and a FS who were tied for the 2nd most INTs in the league.

So a littttle upset that they somehow didn't get one player in the top-10 of some category.

I see what you're saying, but do you really think Rodgers, Driver, or Jennings are better players than who's on that list? Who would you replace?

Rothlisberger had a pretty sorry O-line, but he's not a top-10 QB. After this past year, I don't know many people who would even consider him a top-15.

Eli proved he was pretty damn average without Plaxico catching every overthrown ball, even when Eli had one of the best O-linesin the game.

But they've both been on a Superbowl winning team in the past 2 years, so I'm thinking that's why they're being put up there. Even though I think anyone would be crazy to say their teams didn't win a Superbowl because of the defense.

I'm just glad they haven't hopped on the hype train and put Matt Ryan as a top-10 QB.

And I'm not really trying to throw a bitchfit about it, it's not that big of a deal to me. Though I would have liked to see at least one of those league-leader type players to get recognized.

Dude is the only shutdown corner in the NFL. Easily the most dominant cornerback in a long time. Your only saying that because he's on the Raiders and your a Broncos fan.

I do agree there are too many 99's though.
