Obviously, your Packers don't need him. Teams like San Fran, Baltimore, New England and others could sure use him to open up their offenses.

:walker: Their chances of getting to the SB are higher than anyone in the AFC right now. Who gonna challenge them to win the East? Sanchez and the Jets? They get a deep threat like Wallace, have a good draft/FA period in their secondary and their chances are as good as anyone elses.

they got lucky as heck this past year..they got every break possible in the AFC championship game..it wont happen again..i'm not saying they arent good and didnt earn it..but its way too hard to get back, theyve beaten the odds enough already and now its time for tides of change,...they will not make it back next year

You gonna make the same argument for the Giants? They got just as many breaks in their game vs the 9ers as the Pats vs the Ravens. Giants backed into the playoffs with 9 wins in a terrible division while the Pats won 13 games. Who really got lucky? Dont matter because at the end of the day they were able to outlast the other team no matter how ugly it was.

This is why we should have 30 teams, 6 divisions, 5 teams per division. The league is too watered down as well as the divisions. The moment an 8-8 team let alone a 7-9 team wins their division the league should've taken a step back and re-thought everything. It bother me when a 8-8 team makes the playoffs as a division winner. Wildcard ok, but a division winner at 8-8 or 9-7? Shouldn't happen often but it seems like it happens every season. /thread derailing rant

It's always happened, even in the 80's when you had 28 teams.

There's always going to be a shitty division each year where a 9-7 team scrapes through.

at the end of the day.. I wasnt making any compare contrast. I was talking about the Pats- period

who really got lucky ?.. the Giants beat the Pats twice,..no luck was involved for the Giants..but it has nothing to do with the Pats not making it back next year..I really dont expect the Giants to either, but again, I wasnt talking about them.
