at the end of the day.. I wasnt making any compare contrast. I was talking about the Pats- period

who really got lucky ?.. the Giants beat the Pats twice,..no luck was involved for the Giants..but it has nothing to do with the Pats not making it back next year..I really dont expect the Giants to either, but again, I wasnt talking about them.

Dont care, its all relevant. If you are gonna discredit the Pats for catching huge breaks that got them to the SB then do the same for the SB champs. Ted Ginn plays in the NFC CC the Giants dont have a chance at beating the Pats twice. Lemme also add in the fact that the Giants were "lucky" enough to face a Pats team, on both occasions, that didnt have their 2 headed TE monster healthy.

Luck comes in many shapes and forms and the Giants got their share of it.

Luck is a huge part of the NFL whether anyone likes it or not. You can use this as a reason to discredit a team but if you do that you can do it with every NFL team. Now saying that a team had an easy schedule etc., is a different discussion.

For a 1st rounder, you do it. Wallace is a proven NFLer ... everyone drafted in round 1 this year has proven nothing. Admittedly, you don't give up a top-5 pick for Wallace, but everything after 5 is a crapshoot.

they got lucky as heck this past year..they got every break possible in the AFC championship game..it wont happen again..i'm not saying they arent good and didnt earn it..but its way too hard to get back, theyve beaten the odds enough already and now its time for tides of change,...they will not make it back next year

If you're a team at the back end of the first round, you take Mike Wallace, give the first, and walk away strutting. Patriots or Ravens...they'd be silly not to, especially the Patriots. Wallace is the exact type of player they NEED. They couldn't stretch the field on ANYBODY last year.
