Making my first pass through GTA Vice City. I really like the story and the atmosphere (and the main character talks unlike GTA III), but the controls feel pretty outdated from what I remember. San Andreas was a lot better in this area, and I will be playing that after I finish Vice City. Didn't beat SA back in the day, but I played a good chunk of it, whereas, I barely touched VC.

I'm guessing that is the toughest? If so that shit was a joke. Reminded me of CoD Veteran difficulty. I only played through one level to get the cheevo. I thought about playing through the whole game to get that cheevo but the last level was a joke on Normal.

I'm guessing the Golden Gate bridge is the final level, and that tank part was fucking ridiculous. I stopped playing when I finally made the checkpoint past that area out of frustration. I'm not sure I want to know what's in store for me when I get to the top of the bridge.

I finally started up Red Dead again. I bought it when it first came out and it killed my 360 (RROD). Finally decided to start it again and so far (2 hours in) I'm very very very satisfied. :whoner:

MadWorld is a very cool game. I only played it for maybe two hours and got side tracked (Shocker!) but I really liked what I played. A little over board on the waggle though.

Poor Sega, they constantly publish these kick ass games for the hard core crowd and no one fucking buys them. No wonder companies like Actvision keep pumping out seuerls to CoD, because that's what people actually buy.

Sega doesnt understand the Market, which is why theyre being forced to restructure...

They hire Top shelf talent in Shinji Mikami and his Platinum Games studio, and then proceed to do Nothing with their games in terms of Marketing, Not 1 commercial, not 1 ad in Gamestop for their games, not 1 backround ad on IGN

you can have the greatest game in the world, but if no1 knows youve been released, how are you gonna sell?

Went to play some of MLB The Show 10 today after about a 1.5 year hiatus...361 MB update. See you in 30 minutes MLB. Why do PS updates even have time estimates? 6 minutes my ass.

I beat Homefront. Aside from one part, the rest of the Golden Gate Bridge wasn't too bad. Decent campaign. I'll give the multiplayer a whirl later.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for a military FPS today (especially those with a multiplayer focus).

So I DLed and played X-Men on my Evo today, it was free since it was Amazon's free app of the day...

umm...All I could think while i was manuevering with this non existant d-pad was...how in the world do ppl play games like MVC2 and AC ports on their phones!?!

I mean I know Handheld gaming is dying; vita and 3ds sales are proving that much; but a large majority of ppl really enjoy gaming on their phones like this? Really?

I honestly don't understand it. I'm as big a gamer as they come and I haven't seen a single phone game that I gave a fuck about. Even the "great ones" only seem to hold my attention for ten minutes, tops. Every time I listening to a gaming podcast and hear them talk about how mich they enjoy Game X on their iPhone I fucking cringe.
