I finally got my hands on God of War Origins Collection so now I can finally start the series from the start. I am quite surprised just how good the game looks considering it was a PSP game from 5 years ago. I am about 2 hours in and really enjoying Chains of Olympus.

On a side note: I ahve a real problem with Devil may Cry HD Collection. I Bought it and rarely does it ever start up. The screen is just black and I have to turn the PS3 off. Then when it does load up only Devil may Cry 2 and 3 will work. The first one gets stuck on the loading screen after I click to play it. Other people have had this problem but I cant seem to find a fix to it.

Ugh, that blows. I have that collection too but haven't tried it yet.

Let's be honest: 4A was never playing on a level field. The budget of Last Light is less than some of its competitors spend on cut scenes, a mere 10 percent of the budget of its biggest competitors.

And all of this is compounded by the conditions this Ukrainian team works under in Kiev. The entire 4A studio would fit easily in the (underutilized) gym at EA Los Angeles' offices.

At the same time, 4A's staff sat on folding wedding chairs, literally elbow to elbow at card tables in what looks more like a packed grade school cafeteria than a development studio.

When 4A needed another dev kit, or high-end PC, or whatever, someone from 4A had to fly to the States and sneak it back to the Ukraine in a backpack lest it be "seized" at the border by thieving customs officials. After visiting the team I wanted to buy them Aeron office chairs, considered a fundamental human right in the west. There were no outlets in the Ukraine, and our only option was to pack a truck in Poland and try to find an "expediter" to help bribe its way down to Kiev. We gave up not because this tripled the cost, but because we realized that the wider Aeron chairs would require spreading out people and computers, which would lead to extra desks, and that ultimately would have required bigger offices. Yes, really.

Now, nobody's asking them to force themselves to slave away in horrid conditions to put out a product, that while lauded, will either achieve financial success to go with the hype behind it or be relegated to rentals and sales in a few weeks.

But you gotta give it up for a team that's willing to put up with the shit for the love of making a game they believe in so damn much.

Not many people would sacrifice creature comforts like decent seating and fucking circulated heat to make a game of all things.

So far Arkham Asylum is decent. The fighting is cool but I find myself mashing square while batman does a shit load of cool moves as I practically do nothing.

How hard is it for people not to scratch a disk when they rent a game? The game comes with a fucking case to put the disk in when you're done. How much of a lazy fuck do you have be to not understand that? FUCK PEOPLE.

Watched Wreck it Ralph today...I would only recommend it if u are showing a small child. I lost most of my interest when they went to Sugar Rush.

watching a stream of this game and it looks really good. crazy how they produced a solid game under those conditions.

Given what people throw away at Kickstarters for games that will NEVER materialize, I don't think paying $65+ with tax is asking too much for a title made in sweatshop conditions.

Hard difficulty is DLC?!? This industry is seriously going down the shutter at warp speed.
