Yea I still have no clue what those spear things were. I just always sold them for bullets. You should really youtube for the alternative ending if you haven't.

With The Sabateur, get ready for some fun, but also get ready for some repetitvness. The last Act though (Act 3) is awesome.

I'm going to do that because there is no way I'm playing through again.

I'm really liking Saboteur so far. I usually don't mint repetitiveness with open world games. Hell, I did every side mission in the first AC and you can't get more repetitive than that.

Side note: What's your GT? I don't think you're on my 360 list. I know you're on PS3 though.

No better gaming-per-dollar purchase.

It came out on PS3, 360 and PS2 (for you old-heads out there) as well as a set of trophies/achievements to boot.

While you can't play online, you can play with a buddy sitting next to you with another controller.

If you want a good online game to play, buy this:

It's better than MW2 (less hype, more stuff you can do), you buy it new and you get free access to new map variations...

Not to mention Onslaught Mode and the biggest gamer-to-mic ratio I've come across so far.

Plus, the prerequisite trophies/achievements and a single player mode you can knock out in a day to get you acclimated to all the weapons in the game.

I tried the Alien Breed trail. Game is fun when did that come out? Its like a helicopter view of Shadow Complex.

Vanquish demo was just to fast and hectic for me to handle. No idea what was going on.

Yeah, I really like Alien Breed and really would liek to try the co-op. From what I understand the co-op mode isn't the full campaign but still sounds fun. But yeah, Shadow Complex was one of the games I compared it too. I guess it doesn't hurt that they both use the Unreal engine. I think it's a mix of SC and Lara Croft. Noty nearly as good mind you but still a lot of fun. Especially for $5.

I also felt the same way about Vanquish and have a feeling I'll feel similarly towards Bayonetta whenever I get around to playing it.

In regards to The Saboteur, I'm really liking it so far but this disguise shit is pissing me off. I mean, what;s the point? It seems no matter what you do you raise suspicion so I just end up blasting after Nazi in sight.

If anyone is going to buy Bad Company 2 new, you might want to consider getting the Ultimate Edition. It includes the VIP content, Onslaught, and Battlefield 1943.

When I did it I literally took my time and held the Left Trigger down to create that march and have the circle go as little as possible, then I would go behind the Nazis and silent pounce their ass. Whenever I did get caught I tried to climb a building and get to the top and then try and find an escape route.

That's what I'm trying to do but in most missions there are tons of nazis around so even if you try to sneak behind one you are seen by someone every time.

I just did a mission where I had to break someone out of a cell in the middle of a town square swarming with nazis. Sean even says "I should probably tru to do this quietly." I tried everything. Sneaking up to the cell. Killing a nazi and stealing his uniform from a few blocks away. You name it. But even when I got to the cell and unlocked it an alarm was sounded immediately and the gunfight was on. What's the point of sneaking?

I've heard the story is really cool and the split second decisions even better. But the graphics are blah and the mechanics are so janky. The shooting is all dice rolls and inaccurate as shit even with a leveled up character.

I can't disagree with any of that so far, however the story is real strong so far and it makes up for some of the shortcomings. The graphics/animations aren't really an issue, I can see the shooting being annoying later in the game but right now it's no biggie.

I've heard the best way to go is to upgrade all your stealth attributes so as to have less headaches later in the game.
