Amazon sells games, they don't make them. If an xbox game is broken, do you bitch at GameStop for it? They didn't make the game, they sold it. It is up to the developer to make the game work, not the people who sell it.
And please don't tell me if you were in their position you would have pulled the game. You would have saw the dollar signs and said "Well, it will be fixed by Tuesday, so I don't see a reason to remove it."
