Framrate drops and audio problems in both games, various bugs (like randomly starting to walk even though you're holding the sprint button), and how the fog was changed in SH2 to name a few. There's supposed to be a patch soon, but the previous patch was supposed to fix some of these issues.

Playing through some Witcher 2 right now on 360, i'm trying to do some different story lines. I have 3 saves i'm playing through right now it's cool to see how much the story changes if you choose one thing over another.
I agree. It's crazy to me how an entire location within the story is just not accessible depending on your choices.
I beat it two night ago and immediate started another game making different choices. But on top of that, it's not just "choose the other side", as there are combinations of smaller choices within the larger ones that influence the outcome of the game. With the way the game ends, I assume Witcher 3 will read your Witcher 2 save file and adjust accordingly, Mass Effect style. I can't imagine they'll go the route of being accessible to people not familiar with the story again.

Yea I my first 2 save's from the first big choice then my 3rd is in between both still working on it. Not that far in to make a lot more choices yet, but your right there's a lot of smaller choice as well that have a good effect on the story.

The game's basically Monster Hunter but when you finally go fight said monsters, it turns on Shadow of the Colossus.
That and the Pawn system reminds me of how you can raise an army of assassins in the Assassin's Creed series.
Not a terrible bit of games to crib from.

For the most part yes, but for instance I loved Shadows of the Damned.
So, in my second playthrough of the Witcher 2 I continue to be amazed at how well written the game is and how well realized the world is. The side quests are better than most stories of entire games. I could see even Twigg liking this game, what with its more action oriented combat (although I could also see him hating the lack of clear instructions at times), and I hope that everyone that can play it, does. I LOVED the Witcher 1, but this outdoes it in almost every way. Might be my 2012, 2011 game of the year.
