That's right, the sequel to one of the greatest series of all time is around the corner. By now you should have seen the original trailer.

You can tell it's from a show that was still awhile away, but just recently Nickelodeon released what looks like their first TV spot with a commentator and character voices. Once they start showing ads on TV, there's no turning back:fap:

Yeah she'll be playing Katara(briefly I assume) who's still alive. Also the title was changed to "The Legend of Korra".

Physically, not at all. She's the next Avatar that's born after Aang dies...of old age I guess.

Location:

After the last series Aang and Zuko created a city where all the different bending tribes can live together in peace. Since then though, decades have passed and it's being ran by the antagonist(and the police) who outlaw bending. Supposedly the entire series takes place in this city, there's no huge journey like the one Aang took.

Main Character:

Where Aang started off with Air, and learned everything else on the way. Korra knows everything but Air Bending, and learns it from Aang and Katara's son who's probably around 40 now.


Pretty much the jist of it.

Loved the last series... one of my favorite cartoon ones ever. Wish the movie adaptation wouldn't have been so awful.
