After a dismal 4-12 finish a season ago, the Bengals had themselves a pretty solid draft picking up rookies Michael Dash and Onaje Afo who have both made impacts in their rookie years.
Dash is on pace to eclipse the 1,000 yard mark while Afo has picked off 3 picks, 1 for a touchdown return in their respective rookie campaigns.
These two solid additions have the Bengals thinking playoffs but standing in their way is yours truly.
The Bills are looking to clinch their 2nd consecutive berth with a win in week 16.
Not to mention, the Bengals are plagued with injuries at the worst possible time, including but not limited to. their star receiver, Chad Ochocinco. Nagging injuries may be just enough to sink the Bengals playoff hopes this year.

It's funny looking at these standings compared to a season ago. Atlanta went from top of the league to bottom of the barrel. Titans the complete opposite. They were horrible and now one of the best.

Bills Clinch 2nd Consecutive Playoff Berth Despite Offensive Inconsistency
Nasty weather combined with a stingy Bengals defensive line kept the Bills from getting anything consistent going offensively, putting a damper on the Bills big day.
Despite the Bills falling just short in a 17-14 loss to the Bengals in Cincinatti, the Bills clinched a playoff spot for the second consecutive year.
The Bills forced the Bengals into 6 turnovers (4 interceptions, 2 fumbles) but offensive inconsistency reared it's ugly head once again this season.
Trent Edwards was feeling pressure all day, completing only 18 of 43 passes for just over 200 yards, with a touchdown and interception.
"Robert (Geathers) is a monster," explained Edwards. "He got 4 sacks the week before and managed to get to me 3 times."
Marshawn Lynch, second to only the Titans' Chris Johnson in the voting for AFC Pro Bowl HB this season, was also kept relatively quiet, only rushing for 58 yards on the game.
“We had a little trouble recognizing who was a linebacker and who was a lineman,†Edwards added. “We made a lot of mental errors offensively. It came back to haunt us.â€
Owens, who caught 6 passes for 66 yards and a TD, offered a harsher assessment.
“As a whole,†he said, “we stunk it up.â€
