We know he's not tricking anyone as a shooter. What do you think he needs to improve on?

Well I actually think he's improved a lot as a shooter, what I think he struggles with is his consistency. There will be times when Rondo is the best player on teh court and takes over the game, and other times when he looks disinterested. That's always been the knock on him. I also think he's overrated defensively by a TON. His on-ball defense is really mediocre at best and he makes up for it with good instincts on the occasional steal.

No he's absolutely top 5 IMO but he'll never be the top guy because he makes a lot of dumb decisions and can sometimes pass up on the shot in lieu of getting assists. I think his defense is a bit overrated because of his steal numbers he puts up even though his gambles sometimes lead to easy baskets for the opposition but I still believe him to be at the top of the list in terms of on-ball defense along the perimeter.

He's not much of a leader but he's one hell of a point guard.

I can agree with this, I would actually think he's a better leader than advertised. At least from what I've read they love him in the locker room. Just wish he would improve on his consistency and doing what we know he can do for 40 minutes a night, every night.
