He got the Vikings to the NFC Championship game. Not as bad as a lot of other guys. He had some success making the playoffs twice. Shouldn't be on this list whatsoever.

Brett Favre got the Vikings to the NFC Championship game.

Brad Childress was just allowed to stand on the sidelines and attend the press conferences Favre couldn't be bothered going to.
