Regardless of dump-offs it's still receiving yards and still good enough for fifth best after Week 1. I understand this is going to drop. I was just pointing out that the best Wide Receivers that some people are mentioning failed to beat out a running back in their own stat line.
Not all about stats, but I do agree that Moss is the best right now.
Agreed. It's not all about stats, it's about production, where the team stands, etc. Larry Fitz has oodles and oodles of talent and in my opinion is the "Next" great receiver after the current cream of the crop retire, Fitz will probably be in top 5 for the next decade if he can stay healthy.
When I look at the list, and I'm seeing these names here. I'm not seeing really anyone outside of Randy Moss that's deserving of the title "Top Wide Receiver" sure any given week any one of those guys could make the claim, but who does it more consistently than Moss has over his career? Haven't seen production like his since the days of Mr. Rice.
