By far the best fight of the year and the best fight the UFC has put on in a long time. Styles make fights and the UFC needs to start making more matchups like that. What a great fight, the technical skill both standing and on the ground was great, and the ebb and flow of the fight made it special. I gotta say though that this is another example as to why all MMA fights need to be at least 5 rounds, 5 3min rounds IMO.

Dana plans on resigning Randy and there really isn't anyone who he doesn't matchup well against. Nog/Randy on paper is a pretty even matchup too.

Like you alluded to, the guy Silva dosen't want to fight is Hendo. Not because he's ducking him, he isnt ducking anybody. Silva embarrassing Forrest, combined with Nate's flash KO, just might have made Nate vs. Silva into a big money fight. If so, about time.

Gina may have been a workaholic to the fight game when she was unknown...now that she has become a known face...its been pretty much her missing weight for fights and now losing in impressive fashion. Like I said, the proof is what we are seeing.

Two fighters that haven't stayed focused because of the promise of Hollywood fame and fortune and both lose and have failed to live up to lofty expectations. Fighters that haven't been putting their best foot forward in training and they don't have 100% focus on their MMA career and they are losing.

I'm very hesitant to take Randy against Big Nog considering he's still off making movies. Normally, I'd take Natural 10 out of 10 times...this time...I'm not so sure. I'll probably be a puss and pick him...but I'm unsure.
