Romero's first fight since he lost to Feijao Cavalcante in 2011. Olympic silver medalist wrestler, this is his debut at middleweight I believe.

Undefeated Brazilian Viana goes against the first ALPHA MALE rep of the night, Dillashaw.

Undefeated Myles Jury, part of Dominick Cruz's team, looks to stop Ramsey Nijem's 3-fight win streak.

ALPHA MALE reps Joe Benavidez and Chad Mendes are in action against Uyenoyama and Elkins, respectively

Undefeated Lorenz Larkin, the big Strikeforce middleweight debuts against Carmont and his 9-fight win streak

Means takes his 9-fight win streak against brawling Masvidal who FINALLY debuts in the UFC (has fought all over the place from Bodog to Strikefoce, Sengoku, Shark Fights, and Bellator).

Awesome card. I wonder how the turnout will be for this. Hype died for the ME a little bit with Strikeforce dying and Gil kinda phoning it in during his last couple of defenses. Really hope he can some through and make it competitive. Scrap Pack has really fallen short in big fights since moving to UFC.

I really hope the time away from the cage doesn't hurt GAMEBRED too much. He's going to be a very strong addition to that LW division.

Uyenoyama/Benevidez is my sleeper match of the night.

Cormier gonna do work.

Funny, out of Gi, Josh and Cormier I have the least confidence in Gil to win

Josh can use kicks and speed against Nate and grind him out, Cormier will TKO Frank pretty easily IMO

Gil is awesome, but Bendo might be a bad match up for him, Bendo has cardio for days, is huge and fast, plus he has mastered thr points game in MMA, not saying he doesn't try to hurt guys, but he will out work you, he hasn't had one finish since coming to thr UFC, he is becoming GSP like, knows the game to well

Plus, Gil can probably still make FW, I want Gil to win but Bendo might be too Mich for him, Josh is actually a better match up style wise than Gil for Bendo

Most excited for Cormier's debut in UFC. He was an absolute beast in Strikeforce.

I tend to agree with rob. I am least confident in Gil, but he definitely has a chance (much better than diaz's was).

Cormier wins easy.

Thompson is my pick, but he needs to stay with his gameplan, and not go to far away from it ala Donald Cerrone.

Mein vs brown should be a really fun fight, but I'm going with Mein. The dude just seems so strong, and I can see him giving brown fits throughout. If Mein has good conditioning then he takes the fight either by late stoppage or decision.

Interested in carmont/Larkin, I think size is going to play a big advantage for carmont. Carmont is a big dude, and is going to use that to his advantage, and rightfully so.

I wish Anthony njokuani's fight was on fx. I love watching his fights. Rather he be the first fight on fx, instead of TJ dillashaw. I'm not too mad about it.

Judges continue to ruin good events. Carmont hit one fucking takedown and it won him the fight, nevermind the fact that he got swept. Robbed Lorenz Larkin after a very strong performance.

Romero hit a vintage Uberknee. Would like to see more fights from him.

Pretty surprised Carmont got the nod. I thought Larkin did enough, especially with that kimura sweep that he pulled off. Wasnt expecting that from him.
