User QB being subbed out

When I'm playing the computer, occassionally in the game, my QB will be replaced by the backup. I play with the Broncos, so it's Simms replacing Orton. Is this a fatigue issue? It usually happens during long drives, so is Orton just tired, and wants a play off? This never happens in real life, so I don't want it happening in my franchise. I remember there used to be sliders that controlled when players would be subbed out due to fatigue. Is that still in the game? I can't find it anywhere.

Auto Subs are in the game

Defaults are set to 85/60 for each position.

Maybe you set a formation sub??

Thats what I am thinking.

Did you put Simms in for a play, if so, when you pick that formation, he will come into the game until you sub him out.

I play as the Broncos as well and don't see this happening. Although sometimes I think Simms is an upgrade. :lulz:

Nope, that's not it. I only use subs on defense.
