This is better than Girls, according to Palooza.

Tony Hale and Matt Walsh are creating two of the funniest characters on TV here. Julia Louis Dreyfuss is the worst part of the show, but that in no way makes her bad. The chick from My Girl is fucking adorable even though she's a bit chubby, the White House guy, Jonah is a hilarious creep, the other guy is a fantastic scheming douchebag and the secretary, Sue is a perfect sassy black chick. The humor is awkward, but not as much as Curb, this is much more of an ensemble piece with, as I said, Tony Hale and Matt Walsh shining. Check it out.

The amount of hatred that gets tossed his way is so funny. I loved the end credits where he was just throwing facts about each person she was meeting at her.

Veep is a US spinoff of The Thick of It, which is hands down the best political satire ever made. So naturally, my money is on this show being damn good when I do get around to seeing it.

I watched the Pilot of this and didn't really think it was that good...it seemed EVERY character was just making a sarcastic ass comment toward each other and it got kind of old. Did the episodes after the pilot get better? I might have to check them out

I didn't realize, until the second episode, that Amy was the little girl from "My Girl." Mind was blown.

Also, the show is excellent.

I checked out the first 2 episodes and it was alright. Seems like it has potential so I'll continue to check out a couple of the new eps as they come out to make my final decision.

I had no idea that In The Loop was a spinoff of a show until I looked it up just now, may have to check it out now.

I really liked this show at the beginning but it seemed to taper off toward the end of the season for me. That finale didn't feel like a finale, just another episode.

Really? America has a poor track record of doing British TV, especially British TV (Just look at what they did to the Office).

Still been meaning to check this out though, mainly because it's on HBO and they don't do bad TV. Hopefully the lead actor won't end up getting caught with child porn like Chris Langham was.
