We were using the same site, just the Free account. Atlas paid to increase our bandwidth, but I will admit it happened very suddenly while we were still in the infancy of discussing an upgrade.

And that is exactly my point Buzz. It has been from the beginning. I still remember when Knubb told us Atlas expected payment. It may even be recorded somewhere. At the very least I know Brnt and I both said "Yeah, we didn't agree to that. That's great he decided to do that but we never agreed to pay for it."

Don't get me wrong when I say this because I would pay the money back over feeling guilty, but it seems that you forced this them upon them and prematurely hand over your money. I agree with the stance Twigg is taking. You basically threw something at him and said "your welcome, now give me my money." All he's saying is he didn't want the product. Obviously the courage wasn't fully concrete and you put these guys in a bad situation. Its something that very easily could have been avoided with simple communication, but again, you seemed to jump the gun.

The whole "payment" thing was this:

When I held the NCAA tournament for the release of NCAA '12, MattUM2 and Virix had won.

Matt got an award button and then for his cash prize (the amount of a $20 PSN card) he "gave it" to Knubb (I paid Knubb instead) so he could run his "Golden Shower" OD.

Virix got a button and waived off his prize.

As a result, Atlas chose that as my "payment" for the Podomatic rental.

As for anything else you seem to need to spout off about, I could care less...

again, they were discussing doing this themselves (i.e. knubb said they were gonna do it, they just had to wait for dizzle/brnt/knubb to save up the money to do so)... the way it was explained to me is that they were all on board (including twigg) but were waiting for funds... i gave them the funds under the guise i would be paid back (knubb said they would pay me, since they were going to do this anyways)... i forced nothing upon them, i just expected them to each give me their portion of the $200 (and again, i ate a fifth of that)... i love how you think this is my fault though lol...
