So its sim to call a play with 4 seconds left in a half from the playcall screen and be able to get that play off after breaking a huddle like you can with no accelerated clock?
Acc clock stops the guys who make 10 preplay adjustments and forces you to go with what you call more often than not.
Herm..
I don't know, I thought that's what clock mgmt. & t/o's were for.. I could be
wrong though.. and as far as making pre-play adjustments go, remember,
they have just so much time before getting the delay penalty, and if they're
making that many adjustments then perhaps, just perhaps mind you, they're
seeing some kinda' crack in a "D" where they can possibly thread a needle &
do what it takes to get 6.. Now again, I could be wrong on all the above, but
if memory serves me correct the game is about strategy to win.. I mean when
you watch the NFL on t.v. does the clock all of a sudden click down super
quick ?? or do teams use their t/o's to their advantage and try to counter
what the other side is doing ??.. Herm, I respect ya man, always have, but I
stand pretty firm on the issue of an acc. clock, it's just not something that's
naturally in the game, and again, i'm not tryin' to offend you in any kinda'
way, we go back too far for all that, just tryin' to make my point, that's all.
