I don't think they are anywhere near the same
SF are on a 3 game skid but yet still in playoff contention . Smith came in and lite it up last week so they are thinking he earned his shot . If it backfires I could see some backlash seeing how they are still in the race
Young has done nothing to earn this job .... but they are not in contention . They are just finding out what he has before next years draft/fa . If Young comes in and sucks it's not a bad move . You had to find out what he had since the season is over
Tenn has everything to gain and nothing to lose
SF on the other hand has alot to lose
