the San Fran defense is on the rise. but the 49ers offense is still a work in possible progress.
 
The Rams are a complete mess.

However, for some reason I have a feeling that Rams come to play for this one.

So Rams fans...c'mon, let me hear all about how it's all Marc Bulger's fault this team can't move the ball.

This team wouldn't move the ball with Peyton Manning. The WR's get no separation, the line still stinks, and the playcalling is straight out of 1940.
 
And I love all of these 3rd down "give up" plays, with Jackson up the middle for nothing.

How can the team build any confidance in itself when it's clear the coaches don't believe in them?

I've seen enough, Spags is shit. If the team is bad, that's one thing, but they are the same disorginized mess that they were under Lamehan. Amazingly, they've managed to get worse.

Giants defense not missing a beat without him, either.

I don't even get mad anymore, I expect them to perform terribly. I can deal with bad players, I can't deal with this lack of leadership from the coaching staff. One and done for this clown, just like Cam Cameron in Miami.
 
Here's another great series of plays.

Jackson stretch play loss of two, Jackson up the middle for nothing, incomplete to Jackson on a play that would have been no gain anyway.

They should just punt on 3rd downs.

Mike Martz would be killed by Rams fans for that, I hope they are consistant with Spags, who seems to be made of teflon.

At some point you have to question what is going on within the organization. You're right, ever since Vermeil left, the Rams have been a disorganized, undisciplined mess.

Martz was a good enough playcaller to put a few good years together, but all of the problems with discipline started with him, especially in his final year.

It seems like things have just gotten worse under Linehan and Spags.

I'm with you, I expect nothing from this team. And watching the Rams play is almost like watching a really bad TV show. You just have to laugh when nothing ever goes their way.
 
Nice win to go 3-0 in the division. Great to see, but I honestly didn't expect to see it this season. Hill continues to do just enough.

It's funny, because I was laughing at something during the game, and my fiance says to me "What are you laughing at?", and my response was this:

"Things happen to this team that I haven't seen happen to any other football team in 20+ years watching football. It's amazing, and you just have to laugh about it."
