Why do you post the team offensive numbers, but not the team defensive numbers? Just curious.

Brady still doesn't look like his pre-injury self. Losing McGenius is probably the reason. The Patriots are running the ball a lot more, which will work in the Broncos favor. We shut down the Cowboys "200 yards a game" rushing attack, and we sacked Romo 5 times against the "Big physical Oline that will dominate Denver" (You can ask Jimmy about that. lol.). So I don't think we'll have trouble stopping the Patriots rushing attack. If we can get pressure on Brady there's no reason our defense won't have another great game.

On offense Orton and Moreno are going to have to step it up. I believe Buckhalter will most likely miss the game, but there isn't a lot of info on his injury right now. The key is NO TURNOVERS! We've done a good job with that so far, but we need to keep it up. The offense can't get off to such a slow start either, hopefully we don't have another ridiculous set of refs who like to throw flags every other play.

McDaniels and all the former Patriots will definitely be bringing their best for this game. I expect McDaniels to open up his playbook some more and try to show up his former mentor.

I actually just found out that I can get the defensive number fairly easy as well. I only did the offensive numbers because they were so easily accessible.

I think the Broncos can win this game, but it'll tough and hard fought. If we play the Pats like we did the Cowboys I think we lose. Way too many mental mistakes and penalties in that game. Who ever wins this game is going to have to score a lot points, I don't think it's going to be the defensive chess match the last game was. Orton's going to have to play an almost perfect game to win, don't know if he has that in him. Weather and fans could be an issue for this game IMO. If people go to a possible game four Philly vs Rox game, means a lot of Pats fans can buy tickets. If that happens the crowd won't be that loud. Also it's suppose to snow on Saturday, so weather could be a small factor. The thing that is encouraging if you are a Broncos fan is that, this isn't the same old Pats team there has been a big shift in personal the past couple years especially on the D. This really is the biggest test the Broncos will face before the bye, Cowboys aren't that great and the Chargers are just a joke.

I really hope so, I'd love to see more points on offense and I think opening up the playbook will do this. However i think were in for a lot of clock management and running the ball. If our D holds we really have a good shot at winning.

You have to take what BBJ says with a grain of salt lol. He already jumped the bandwagon after yesterdays game. Romo got sacked 5 times but like *most* Cowboy fans know, our line is a run blocking line and our tackles are terrible against quick DEs. You did shut our run game down as well so that didn't help.

If you watched the game closely you would see that you got 2 maybe 3 of those 5 sacks were because Romo had noone to throw to because the routes are WRs ran were 10-15 yard routes and there was good coverage. He had time to throw most of the game but just got happy feet and missed some open WRs.

edit: I hope the Broncos win by more than 7 so we can hear how the Pats are still a really good team just losing to another good team but Dallas is still shitty lol. (even though we have shown to not be a great team at times)

The freaking strength of this D is it's secondary, so the Pats better have a much better game plan then the Cowboys did.

I really think you can have more success running on this D then throwing on it. I think the Cowboys showed that in the 1st qrt Sunday.

Hey, maybe the Pats coaching staff saw the hurry up worked real well on Denver, I don't know.

Even if they execute and win, no way they score 30 on Denver at home.

I wouldn't say no way. The Patriots offense is improving game by game. We could of put up 35-42 on the Ravens if our red zone offense is clicking. The Pats aren't having a ton of trouble moving the ball and our defense has stepped up big so far. We put up 27 on a "vaunted" Ravens defense, so I think we will be pretty confident heading into the game against Denver.
