Week 5: (3-1) New England @ (4-0) Denver

I'm still skeptical in believing the Broncos are as good as their 4-0 record.

Three dog shit opponents to open the year, and then a Cowboys team who just isn't as good as the attention they get. That said, you can only beat who you play, and maybe the Broncos are for real. New England historically has had a tough time in Denver for whatever reason.

Patriots are coming off impressive wins over the Falcons and Ravens, and have already played three teams who are going to be in the playoff race by the end of the year.

For all those saying McDaniels knows how the Patriots like to play, let's not forget that there is a new offensive coordinator in New England that McDaniels has no knowledge of, while Belichick knows how McDaniels likes to run his offense.

If anything, the Patriots have the advantage of "what to expect".

Cowboys and Bengals are no push overs.

Pats are beatable especially on the road, just look at the Jets game.

With all due respect to the Ravens and Jets, the Pats haven't faced a pass rush like ours. And if you are going to beat Brady this is HUGE.

Also the Patriots have had the luxury of playing the tough opponents at home early in the season. IMO the Pats are the second best team in the AFC right now and need to win a game like this vs a quality opponent on the road before they get mentioned in the same sentence as Indy. Personally I don't think they have it in 'em to come across the country play a game in the elements vs a D like this and have enough to win.

If it's sloppy weather I give the advantage to the better D, which is Denver's.

New England doesn't play well in Denver, Danny Kanell beat Brady and the Pats in Denver despite being big underdogs.

The Pats haven't won in Denver since 2000, Brady has never won there.

They canceled the Rockies vs Phillies today because of snow.

Broncos look like they will be lucky and miss the snow. It's suppose to be a little warmer and just partly cloudy tomorrow. It's Colorado weather though, so don't be surprised if we have a Blizzard warning by game time.

You can watch them freeze tomorrow, they play at 8:07pm local time. Suppose to be about the same weather minus the 80% chance of snow. I'll be there too wearing my Broncos gear. But I have club level tickets so I'll be watching from inside!

Sidenote: I went to Sports Authority to try and buy some throwback gear (since I'll be downtown getting trashed during this game in prep for the Rockies) and they didn't have shit other then a Brown polo. I wanted they gold hoodie you see on those commercials.
