i am answering the specific- his feeling were hurt when he was booed statement. Sure, it ment something to him. But not as big a deal as you think. He had a team to execute for, he had to try and win a game. the redemption/ victory against old team type of thoughts lasted 5 lousy seconds. its like having a job for a long time that you liked or got use to. You may miss it a little but life moves on. its been 2 years already. No, it wasnt that big a deal. He wanted to go to Minn because they run his offense and have a good post season chance. He did not do this to just stick it to the Packers. Fans booing are unimportant to professional athletes. It amuses and motivates them ,but doesnt hurt them. favres been through worse than that in his personal life. He works for the Vikings now.
