Ginobili was left wide open, he deserves no credit. He had a horrible game and that shot e jacked up with 10 seconds left on the clock was horrid.

The warriors let it get away but I don't think it will have a lingering affect.

Klay showed he can keep Parker in check. Shutting down ginobili again will be key in game 2.

The warriors could have done a lot of things a lot better but that's what happens when 2 rookies are playing most of the game.

Curry needs to be rested as well. Up 18 points and not sitting Curry is just flat out stupid.

Klay's defense is very under-rated. His defense has been very solid all year and consistent.

Jackson riding with just Curry and Jack all year is going to come back and haunt this team. Bazemore was always known for his defense, and if Jackson could have just got him a little more PT during the year, Baze could be an option for defensive purposes for a few minutes to end 1st and 3rd quarters. Jackson may have no choice soon, given foul trouble or fatigue. And Given the Spurs will probably just go right at Jack, baze could have been a real option, but definately could have used PT during the year.

Jack offers a number of positives and has a few weaknesses as well. No team has 2-3 guys that can defend Tony Parker. Few teams even have 1 so knocking Jack for his D on Parker isn't really fair.

I can understand Bogut being on the bench with 4 seconds left because he gives up deep and medium range shots way too easily. Parker and Diaw started to go high pick ad roll on him and he knows he shouldnt be out defending at the top of the key. If he steps out then he will get blown by.

The warriors simply cannot waste positions against the Spurs. They got away with it against Denver because of the way Denver plays. The Spurs play a much slower brand of basketball and will execute at a higher percentage. The game usually comes down to turnovers and rebounding.

Losing Klay cost the Warriors the game. Not only cuz Parker went off but because he is the second best shooter on the Warriors. Barnes is good but he's not a pure shooter like Klay.

Credit to the Spurs for making shots late to come back.

I have no doubt that the Warriors will play tough and compete the rest of the series.

Curry was decent on him, Klay was real good, Baze even played him good for one possession, you could probably put Dray on him too.

They aren't going to completely shut down Parker, but they aren't going to give him buckets at ease like Jack was. Or Old Man Andre Miller. The Danny Green game tying 3 was probably the worst Jack defense of the night. Look at the replay. He flat out leaves Jack on the switch in the middle of the court, with no idea what was going on, like he wasn't even paying attention or something, so bad. Just seems in the playoffs now Jack is doing more bad then good out there.

On the last play you bring Bogut in to guard the in bounds, not Jefferson, who missed two key free throws and shouldn't have been in the game anyway. Might be tougher throwing that pass cross court with a 7 footer on the in bounder and coincidentally enough one of our best defenders. Didn't matter because Jack got burned on another mix up.

Jackson finally learned from his mistakes. He came back to Bogut in the late key stretch in the 4th not fearing the hack a bogut. Bogut and the interior warrior defense stepped up and played great interior and overall defense late in the 4th to prevent easy baskets and keeping another debacle from happening.

Actually we shot just under are average for the year last night, so it wasn't like we were lights out by any means in Game 2. Shot .458 for the year and shot. 452 last night. Playoff average is around 49%, so we actually didn't shoot the ball as well last night.

I was talking more about Thompson going 8-9 from downtown when the game was still at a critical point. The Spurs couldn't buy a 3 pointer last night and took too many chances trying to keep up with the non stop 3's raining down on the other end of the floor. I still say Spurs in no more than 6.

To be fair we average the best shooting % for threes, and average 8 a game, they ended up hitting 11. Of course Klay was on fire, but the other guys struggled from the arc. It really just averaged out.

All the more reason it was a bad coaching decision to play him 58 minutes in game 1. His production has declined each game and he was a non factor last night.

Last night it became apparent that the only way for the Warriors to win is to shoot a high percentage from 3 point range. Pop got to work on perimeter defense after game 2 and it showed last night.

Both teams are pretty damn good. They match up well with each other and know exactly what the other team wants to do.

The Warriors can win this series if they limit turnovers and offensive rebounds for the Spurs. If they can do that they'll win this series.

I sort of thought the Spurs gave that game away, because it seemed they were in control most of the game.
