What kind of offense do you run?

im run heavy type of guy.. i play exactly like my team does in real life.. if its 3rd and 7 you might see a HB Draw

When I had TO, I aired it out similar to the way Garrett did in real life. Put up insane numbers in the first 2-3 quarters and then grind it out with Barber unless I was trailing in the 4th.

Now, with the three solid RB's, I will imitate real life again and go to a balanced attack, probably erring a little more towards the run.

It is good to know I have a solid QB-TE combo, though. And I look forward to seeing if I can score some jump balls with Roy Williams and Martellus Bennett.

Anybody pick on the user like I do? I always pick on the guy I'm playing against to see if he can hold his own and make plays. Whatever position they're playing I call plays that put them in uncomfortable positions and make them dictate the game. It usually works pretty well cause most people don't have a strong knowledge of the game and you can REALLY exploit it with a technique like this. Plus it really gets under their skin if you can drive down the field easily cause they know it's all their fault lol.

I used to be a run-first guy. But with the way playbooks are set up it is stupid not to air it out. This year I'm bringing back the Run and Shoot.

I second that. Really it depends on how I'm feeling. Sometimes I need to throw the ball, even though I try to just run and control the clock, I don't have as much fun that way. It's just that the Raiders are set-up to run the ball, regardless of playbook. I guess I'll be changing that in a few years in Franchise.

I'll be doing that spread-out thing. College-style spread like the Chiefs. Maybe trade for Thigpen if Russell doesn't pan out (after Garcia retires, of course). I'll have some Wildcat sprinkled-in with Bush and DMC throwing it.

It's gonna be a good year in Madden. Good willing. Set-up that D and then air it out.

Btw, it's (obviously) easier to run a pass-happy O with a good QB. You got a bad QB, you can justify running with a mediocre back just to keep from giving the ball up... which you would do with a sorry QB.

I tend to use a run first offense...I've sucked at passing in the recent Maddens, I would have games where my QBs line would be like 5/24, 7/19 etc. and I would throw a ton of picks...so I try to establish the run game to set up the pass.

I run a spread. I usually pass more in the first half then run more in the second half.

i like to start out a game fast with a spread style passing attack and get on the board first. once i get any kind of lead, i will ground and pound it out to help control (not milk) the clock. i prefer singleback 2 and 3 wide sets with multiple te's as well.

That's what I need to work on. I've lost to many games with my "run the ball, control the clock" kind of attitude. More times then not my opponent is always in the game because I tend to let them.

Things will change this year. Looks like the compettion will be at an all time high. I will most likely also utilize a two qb system using the Pat White Cheese.

Like my old coach used to say: once you knock em down, you gotta put your foot on their throat and give it a little twist.

Never let the scoreboard dictate the game. Obviously if the game is out of hand, it's courteous to run the clock down and call it a day... but until then, it's gotta be balls to the wall from start to finish. You never know when you might need a few extra points.

typically pass happy. i usually try to stay balanced but i will get so into getting my pass game going that i will do it on first and second down and then not be in a position to run if it gets to third down. either that or sometimes i just am so focused on passing i forget to run. and i play with the vikings and giants too lol.

balanced with more of running attitude. playing with the 49ers and not having great qbs or wrs ive been forced to rely more on the running game and solid defense.
