What position do you control?

I think I have finally settled on a position. Not the free safety, but, the strong safety position. I played a few exhibition games last night and I really enjoyed playing the SS spot. I felt it freed me up to come into the box when I felt necessary and still have the ability to drop back into deep zones if needed.

With the LBs I usually was stuck in zone coverage and had fewer tackles. With the DL I didn't have too great of an impact. When I used the SS, I had 8 tackles in a half, pass defensed, etc. and the team's pass-rush was waaaay better with the CPU controlling the rush LBs and DL.

Depends on the situation, which ball the hash is on and the match ups etc.... Its one of the LB's or S's though unless Im caught switching defenders and get caught on a fucking DL.

All depends on what I believe is coming. My strength as a defensive player is being a step ahead of my opponent. I'll use whoever I think is going to be able to stop what I think is coming.

Generally I'm at MLB, that's the best spot to be vs any run or TE/WR drag and cross routes. I'll play OLB when I feel a quick outside pass or screen is coming. I'll play CB when I feel a curl/drag/corner is coming to the flank. Safety when it's 3rd and long. DT when I feel a dive is coming on short to go, I find I can blow up the center better than the CPU.

Typically the DT/DE but I have been trying to get used to playing inside LB for short yardage passing or blitz situations.
