I think you don't find it funny cause you are offended by the generalization of something you like/love/whatever.

I don't think it was a great skit at all but I can see her comedic angle and why people would find humour in that.

You can also preach the original angle but even soem mainstream comedians have stolen things along the way whether you are aware of it or not.

LOL @ getting mad. Nobody is mad I just find it funny that people who doesnt listen to the genre or hates it thinks that "%95" of the music consist of that corny routine. Thats like me getting on stage, doing a corny routine about rock and implying that its nothing but yelling with blasphemous phrases mixed in here and there. Im sure nobody would find that funny and would put me in my place much like us hip hop heads are doing in regards to the music we love right now.

If you did it in an entertaining way, I'd think it was funny.

I can understand what you're talking about. If a comedian went up there and shat all over pro wrestling referring to it as a gay, boring, fake fighting, I'd probably turn that shit off in a heartbeat.

It's not just a 'black thing' where comedians shout.
