Who will be the first UFC champ to lose?

All 5 champs are pretty dominate right now and coming off big performances, some are in good divisions, some are in not so good divisions, but the perception seems to be that these guys will be champs for a while, its tough in MMA to have a long run, so what say you?

Machida, once Rampage beats rashad in December he will beat him for the title.

Brock. Carwin will beat him. Nobody at 170 for GSP, Hendo has a good shot at Anderson, but I don't think he'll get it done. Machida can't be touched, and Sanchez doesn't belong in the cage with BJ.

if you do it be match ups and fights coming up, I think a good pick is Machida

BJ just fought, so he will take some time, I dont think Diego can beat him, stiff stand up, takedown game isnt what it used to be, best thing he has is cardio, but BJ has faced better strikers and wrestlers

GSP is hurt and the winner of Swick/Kampman has zero chance, only a Serra club to the head chance

And1 is going back and forth between MW and now LHW, his next fight will probably be at 205, so he might not even be defending for some time

Machida has a fight with Shogun, this is no cake walk, but Silva exposed the LHW division, so maybe Machida will light up Shogun with ease, but I think Shogun has a shot plus he will 'probably' be fighting Ramapage after that, thats 2 rough fights in a row

Brock is on the shelf until Cain/Carwin fight, so he might not fight until next year, but he is the least skilled of the champs and Carwin or Cain can give him a go

I would go Machida and then Brock

Lesnar, I really believe Carwin can beat him & a few others can give him a run for his money.

You can look at all the other UFC Champs & they've respectively dominated their division for awhile now with the exception of Machida who just became champ & will hold on to the belt for a long time. (Hopefully Shogun makes me look like a liar.)

Yeah, but Brock wont be fighting for a long time, Machida will probably fight Shogun and Rampage by the time Brock even fights, if he had a match coming up, I would have picked Brock

I don't think either guy has anything for Machida. Rampage could catch him with a shot, but I doubt it. I see what you're saying though.

exactly what everyone was saying about mir.

here's how i see it:

gsp - out of the question, no competition at wleterweight for him.
silva - a couple high caliber middleweights, but they way he's picking bigger LHW apart, i don't see him losing
Lesnar - still being underestimated in my opinion. The most physically dominant specimen in the ufc, I believe he will take all fights where he wants them to be fought
Machida - Some good competition for him, but he's so well rounded, and seems to have perfected his gameplan of eluding strikes, and picking apart opponents.
Penn - Seems to dominate the competition he has bee given at LW, but i believe (probably heavily biased) that sanchez can take him. (note I hate bj penn and sanchez is one of my favorite fighters)

Lesnar, If Carwin doesnt beat him i really liked what Cain showed against Kongo and i think one of those guys can beat Brock.

If not i think Machida just because of the talent in LHW

I said Machida simply because he is in the toughest division in the UFC, IMO. Champs there have not been stellar defending the belt, but I still think he is a great fighter.

I would have said Brock, but I think he can dominate the weak HW division.

Im gonna say Brock via Shane Carwin. I dont see Shogun beating Machida, but maybe Rampage can do it. Still, im saying Machida wins that match, too. Brock is the only one that I think will lose in a match-up that may be coming in the near future.

everyone keeps sayong that, but the couture, and mir fights were toss ups for who won the standup game, and i've been saying that lesnar doesn't have the technical skills like others do, but he is such a dominant wrestler, that he will just control them all fight
