you 2 gotta be bullshitting just to bullshit. Your level of depth into the support/defense of Urban Meyer's decision and how much we (i.e. the general population) should give a shit, is becoming laughable.
But for the record...sure, many people take a leave of absence for health reasons. But I guarantee 9 out of 10 who walk in and say "my job is causing too much stress, I'm taking a leave of absence "(BTW, that means NOT using your accrued leave) are told that is fine. But don't plan on coming back to your job when you are done with your "leave of absence due to the stress of that job." Why? Because that is called.....part of a job. Responsibility, work, exerting effort, handling stress, performing, etc.
What I am getting at is, this doesn't exist in Urban's world. He has a boatload of cash to fall back on. The general population doesn't. Most states are an "at will" work state, you can come and go as you please. But it doesn't mean you have money to do it. Urban was paid a ton of money to coach a team, and stepping down for a little while means absolutely nothing to his livelihood. To someone in the general public, they can't, because they don't have a few million in their savings/401k.
