I answered because I hadn't gotten clarification yet, and I wanted to be the first person on record to have the "Darrell Thompson" answer.

No new posts in the thread...2 minutes or so later yours popped up. I spent 1-2 minutes checking the validity...it was false because of Bennett and Vince Workman if you take it in the single-season aspect...if its taken in the 90-94 aspect it's still false because of Bennett. Then to prevent any further confusion I went back and added 'in 1994' to the post.

I was assuming it was yards rushing since you insisted on "HB" and also referenced a "1000 yard season". I guess its popular now to reference 1000-yard seasons for "total yards from scrimmage"? Never seen that done before. Thompson had the most rushing yards for a Packer for the time period 1990-94. That was my point.

I clarified "single-season and yards from scrimmage" 1:44 (actually before that because I did it at 1:43 something, and then made the post afterwards of "boom goes the dynamite.")

OK. But when you say "-Never had a 1,000 yard season yet", do you mean he never had a 1000-yard rushing season yet? Or never had a 1000-yard rushing AND receiving combined season yet?

Hmm okay...

Rule Amendment

Since the 1 rule per pre-clue guess ruins the regulars causing the game to have a decent pace...I'm slightly changing that.

Now if a pre-clue guess is correct in meeting the guidlines but not the player I was looking for then it'll be worth 3 pts, but i'm not putting a cap on the number of times you guys can guess.

Hopefully this will help pick up the speed of the game a little as its been a couple days since the last reply.
