Mobb................
I'm assumming AP?
QB pocket presence and release.......thoughts.
QB drop back....is it better, i.e., try to control and he moves like a turtle unless you turbo?
DB/LB "D" AI..............thoughts.
Do you have controller config options?
Manual control, specific defensive....better or same? In the demo I find manual control of the selected "D" player to be better. Is that the case with the game?
More later........
I've been playing AM since I got the game.
QB pocket is pretty realistic. You need to make quick reads and get the ball out or you're going to get sacked. There are times where you can check your 1st and 2nd reads before hitting a checkdown. All depends on what the defense calls.
QB movement is pretty much the same, maybe a tad quicker. I haven't really noticed a difference.
DB AI is much improved. The better DBs jump routes if you go to a certain route too many times. On deep balls, the DB's back pedal even further back, so it's tough to complete a line drive deep ball since they're still squared up towards the QB.
LB's are smart too, but unlike year's past they don't keep up with slot WR's or the faster RB's out of the backfield. I've seen one jump in front of a pass and pick me off, but his eyes were towards the play, so it was understandable.
There are controller config options. Just the default. You can manually change them to your liking, though.
Manual control is better. I was able to go back on a deep lob today, strafe to square back to the line and pick a ball off. I was also able to click on and undercut a route to break up a play. Controlling a LB still kind of feels like you're on ice, but I guess it's realistic since you can't change directions at will.
Offensively, I can make user catches on outs, posts, corners, streaks, etc. This was offline and online. It's the best it's been on next gen.
