I think Wade was better than Clyde. If it wasn't for the "gimme" 1995 ring he won at Houston, Drexler's resume would be devoid of anything noteworthy other than his 1992 First Team mention and getting Jake O'Donnell fired from the NBA.

I think arguments can be made for and against each player. Overall, I think there is a huge dropoff from Jerry West to Clyde Drexler. West was consistently great for a pretty long time. Drexler was pretty good for a decent amount of time. I really don't know what seperates Drexler from other SGs like Reggie Miller other than reputation. At least with Wade, you can say he won a scoring title and led a team to a title.

Friend of mine actually went to college with Walt Frazier. SIU was one of the first schools to integrate, so they had a lot of the top black athletes in the early 1960's. He knew Frazier pretty well because Frazier was dating his sister. He didn't really care for Frazier because he thought Frazier was kind of a scam artist, but thought it was interesting nonetheless.

Actually, I would have had Elgin Baylor or James Worthy instead of Pip. And I wouldn't argue if someone put Dominique ahead of him as well. Pip was a great all around player. But his legendary status comes from riding Jordan's coattails. Take away the 6 Bulls rings he won with Jordan & we might be calling Pip one of the biggest chokers of all time.

Bill Russell is the most over priced. And Wilt should have been the #1 center. He's got to be the most underappreciated superstar of all time.

Why would you pick Durant over James (and to a lesser degree, Bird)? Just curious. You are entitled to your opinion, wrong though it may be.
