...fans are bummed out by todays news that WR Laurent Robinson is likely out for the year. Who?

To be honest, Robinson looked great and was primed to have a breakout season that nobody would notice as the Rams win zero games.

The other development that shows how low things have gotten, is fans are claimoring for Kyle Bollerto take over the starting job, based on two TD passes in the first half after Bulger went down. I guess nobody saw the second half, where Boller was back to his old shitty self.

Boller wins by default, because Bulger is done for at least two weeks. Bottom line, is nobody is succeeding at QB in this offense, with a pourous o-line and the worst group of WR's in the history of the NFL.

Instead of arguing over which QB should be thrown to slaughter, and opining on what shitty WR's Spags will or won't sign (who needs WR's, when you have 13 defensive linemen?), Rams fans should be foucusing on the real problem, which is the god awful roster assembled by Spags & Bill Devaney.

Here are the only Rams that would start on a good NFL team:

RB Steven Jackson
S OJ Atogwe
S James Butler (out for two weeks!)
CB Ron Bartell
C Jason Brown
LB Will Witherspoon
LB James Laurinitas
P Donnie Jones
K Josh Browno
That's it. 8 players, two of which are kickers.

Fans should be putting heat on Spags to blitz more than, I don't know, zero times per game. Fans should be putting heat on Spags to order the overmatched offensive (double meaning) coordinator Pat Shurmer to open up his vanilla, 1970 playbook. Fans should be all over Spags for failing to clean up the sloppy, unfocused, penalty filled, unorginized play that hasnt been fixed from the Linehan era.

Browns fans (and media) are running Mangenious out of town after 3 games, and justifiably so. Rams fans should follow suit. I warned people this was the wrong hire. Spags must go, no point wasting two or three years on this guy. He's lost.

Rams fans want to take a QB, which to me is a mistake, because taking a QB that high requires paying them a billion dollars, and if they bust (which is always a strong possibility with taking a QB) it sets back your franchise even further (see: Oakland).

Rams need football players, not a QB. OL, LB, WR, RB, whoever the best football player is.

The Rams are by far the most untalented team in the league, but I'm not sure how that is Spag/Devany's fault. Look at the Rams drafts under Martz/Linehan/Zygmund since 2001.... it's horrible. The Rams went from the 3rd oldest team in the league to the 3rd youngest. They are doing what they need to do and are starting from scratch.

But I never liked the Spags hire. I wanted Gruden. On BIgWill's hard drive, you will find my quotes on MM begging for the Rams to not hire Spags.

Now a bunch of big name coaches are on the market, and the Rams will waste 3 years with this guy.

I hope he proves me wrong, but I just dont see it. He was cheap, and you get what you pay for.
