This is based on personal preference though. It's your dream staff. My dream is to have Mike Tomlin be my coach, because I think he's the coolest guy on earth. Plus his success rate is comparable to Belichick's.

If it's my staff I get to put together, and all else is pretty equal, I go with the cool young guy over the dumpy, boring, and old uy, who everybody agrees is kind of a dick.

And I didn't realize we could hire HC's to be our OC's and DCs. That's kind of cheating, no?
 
Head Coach - Sean Payton: The guy is ballsy. He kicked a fucking onside kick in the Super Bowl, that is ballsy.

Offensive Coordinator - Mike Martz: Arguably the best offensive mind in football. With Sean Payton working with him, this would be an offensive juggernaut.

Defensive Coordinator - Dick Lebeau: Has been the best defensive coordinator for a long time. If not for a rough stint as HC, he would be hands down, the best DC ever.
