You can have 10 noobers at your disposal now with One Man Army. This will not end well.

I would imagine It'll be a blue perk so even if they have nube toobs they'll only get to use a max of 4.

I've been wanting Overkill on this game, since I don't need Cold blooded or Hardline I'll be using that. Quick hands and the thermal vision sounds stupid.

I'm just gonna use common sense and say it'll be blue. Otherwise One Man Army and Overkill wouldn't work.
