Huge game killer - NCAA 10 Roster Issue

Id rather have Madden be a great game on its own. Not because NCAA was soo bad it makes Madden seem great.

Soo i was out browsin around on the EA forums.... and found a additional quote from the developer bout this crap.

We aren’t sure of what happened yet, but we didn’t want to continue leaving you guys in the dark on what is going on. It looks like the wrong version of the rosters made the final build, but we don’t know for sure yet. Our efforts now are on remedying the situation the best we can.

And no it is not an ideal situation… I wanted to come on here and say we already have a solution in place; but it’s taking longer to figure everything out then we expected.

Right now we are exploring every angle to get this addressed before release.

I don't get why they care so much about TeamBuilder. I would guess that a significant amount of people that end up buying the game don't even know about teambuilder, and that also, a significant amount of people that have made teams aren't even going to buy the game.

Versus ALL the people that buy the game having brutally messed up rosters.

I don't see why they don't just reset teambuilder. I mean sure, it took me forever to make my UVM team with ratings and all, but it would take less time for me to redo that before release, than it would to fix the rosters after release.

I love Teambuilder and its a great addition IMO, but rosters are clearly the more important issue, you can re-create your team in about five minutes anyway.

Well, you can recreate everything other than the roster in about 5 minutes. To make the full 68 (most on any template), ratings and everything, it takes quite a bit longer. But still, rosters are more important.

No. The rosters that were talking about are the ones that came with the Teambuilder thing. In many schools' cases, there are teams that do not have any freshmen on their roster and some even have players that have graduated in the past few years.
