Not exactly sure what you are meaning here but with your created player you can use any equipment you want, obviously you are going to want the equipment that gives you a boost.

Cheese!

i like cheese. over the weekend we went to amish country and they have this cheese factory there where you can sample hundreds of cheese types. you walk around this giant floor that circles around. We must have gone around like 5 times. Good stuff. I did end up buying several types of cheese.

sidenote.....i was joking about the unlockables. Its an inside joke for people like dave and twigg who get all butt hurt about EA making you pay for that stuff. lol

I was playing the final round of the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in Career mode, was tied for the lead at -4 after the first day, struggled with a few bogies all day, but was still T4 going into 18 two strokes back. I didn't notice the wind and hit the ball into the water, then proceeded to three putt for a triple bogey, dropping me 25 spots on the leader board.

do the fields expand?

i noticed the first tourney only has 30 golfers....seems kinda small no?

Ya that is because it is a pro-am, the other tournaments are like 140 or whatever they normally are. You can also start to miss the cut in the following tournaments.

I finally made that putt in the Tournament Challenge for Sawgrass. Eat that Tiger. :D

I hear that. It took me a while to do it also.

I'm not sure why they did the challange that way. Either match the putt or match the hole. They force you to shoot your first shot to the far edge of the green just to shoot a super long putt.

I think I spent 30 minutes on that last night till I said screw it and played the first two rounds of a tournament.

I have been doing good with the GIR bonus money so I got my guy a new shirt as well as new clubs (not the best but a little better). Now I need to get a new putter and I'll be set.

I finally beat the third challange at TPC Sawgrass. Luke Donald and his 5 under front 9 can burn in hell as far as I'm concerned.

I ended the first torney at like +31 but I was +30 through the first two rounds so +1 on Sat. and Sun. and I'm happy.

I have really degressed on my short game for some reason I was a 7.1 and now I'm like a 6.4.

Just finished round one of the Buick Invitational and I am +1..3 strokes off the lead a double bogey killed me on the back nine.
