Typically if you are nice to customer service and basically kind of politely say "This was kind of a pain in the ass, anything you can do to help me out" they will throw some nice gift cards at you, Amazon Prime membership(limited time) at you and resolve the issue with the product.

It is why when I worked in a call centre, if I had one of you fucks on the phone, I screwed with your account like a motherfucker. You didn't get shit from me, I would cut your service if I noticed you didn't pay, and if I found any blemish on your account, you lost out on every deal I could offer.

I'll tell you now, most supervisors don't give two shits who you are. Amazon sells games, they don't make them. If an xbox game is broken, do you bitch at GameStop for it? They didn't make the game, they sold it. It is up to the developer to make the game work, not the people who sell it.

And please don't tell me if you were in their position you would have pulled the game. You would have saw the dollar signs and said "Well, it will be fixed by Tuesday, so I don't see a reason to remove it."

why wouldnt i buy from them again? i have always had nothing but good experiences with amazon. and in the end, i made out on this deal. they ended up removing the game from my library, but refunded my $12.50 and on top of the $20 the rep said he would give me, he also gave me another $12.50 in credits. Plus i found a perfectly good torrent of the ultimate edition of dragon age to play

but the thing is...and i keep saying it but for some reason its just not getting through to you ....amazon knew what they were selling did not work. that is the problem. you claim their super duper service would have netting me something either way....but that wasnt my experience. which is why i asked for the supervisor
