No, I made The Dalish Leader give up and lift the curse and freeing the Werewolves. I did not kill any other elves, besides he was like 300 years old and was ready to let go of his hate. The Dalish are on my side and will help with the blight.
I did destroy the Anvil of the Void...no Golems for me I guess.
I think I remember having to put in a lot of points in Charisma to pull that off myself.
Got a shield from one of the Werewolves as well after they were changed back.
The alternative to that (if you kill the elves) is that the Wolves are cool for a little while and then they go berserk on a local town later on after the story ends.
I think the elves do too if you completely side with them.
Also, not having Golems is better if you can convince the Legion of the Dead to roll with you later on.
It's really hard to do though but they add to your final army count later.
As for Flemeth...
If I remember correctly, she's one of the top tier bosses in the game aside from the Archdemon and the Dragon guarding Andraste's Ashes.
The latter gives you special components to give you a pimping set of armor for you and the other members of your party (I think you can get three out of the deal but you gotta ask a local blacksmith to do it for you, in the right order.
Otherwise you only get one.)
To get back on-track, she doesn't really give you jack-shit if you "kill" her.
If you let her live though, she give you an armor set for Morrigan to wear that may or may not affect the ending...
You MFers are making me want to rebuy a game I already platinumed and spent a large chunk of time and energy beating...Comment

If I didn't, I might have more than Twigg.
This is including the Atari hand-me-downs, Nintendo, Genesis, PSX, PS2, PC, Gameboy, demos, the one Sega Master System cart that didn't fit into my later model system...
It's a long list and I'd have more use-deprived games than I have now.
While I know it isn't true, I'd like to think some people got their hands on them and gave them a good home.
Also, I have a handful of digital titles I can never sell on my system as well.Comment

20 minutes of rhetoric on how Pre-Ordering has led to a glut of people buying games months or even years in advance only to end up being disappointed.
The new Aliens: Colonial Marines game taking a gigantic shit spurned it on as well as talk on Duke Nukem Forever and the upcoming Tomb Raider are highlights as well.
If you had a brain in your head, you'd know to vote with your wallet and realize that pretty guns and new skins that don't already come with the game's first print =/= your money's worth.
Most people don't though and that's why we get bullshit like Nuketown this year for BLOPS II and whole sections taken out of games to sell later as "DLC."Comment

Interesting Discussion at the end of the Bombcast about subsidizing the new consoles...
In summary what if the new consoles prices were like $699 or $799 or sign up for a 2 year contract of "something" and get it for $199. Basically cellphone type model.
The important question is what am I getting in this contract? It was interesting...Comment

Pretty sure he meant schlubs who buy games for "rare" guns, Double XP and maps that should be content in-game and not DLC.
Incentivizing store credit in addition to a store purchase is different IMO due to it coming from the store/company offering it, not the company trying to nickel and dime you for skins, etc.
Not that anybody cares as "free money" = to anyone who has a preference as to where they get products from.Comment

In the long run, you'd pay more over the long run to use it but for those who "have to have it now," it'd be enticing.Comment

Only time I preorder is at Gamestop for a midnight release. Otherwise, I can run up the road to GS from my work in less than 10 minutes and pick it up before or after my shift.Comment
