So I need to publicly thank Handle for telling me about Sniper Elite v2. That game is legit. He and I played through some of the co-op and then I played the first campaign mission. The slow-mo x-ray shots are fucking awesome. I don't think I'll ever get tired of those.

Just started getting into the Mafia II game I got from my SS. So far I'm liking it quite a bit. Solid storyline so far and I love the 1940's setting/open world concept.

I decided to play Far Cry 2 since I downloaded it on PSN way back when and never really got around to playing it. I can tell now that the malaria attacks are going to get on my nerves considering that I've been in a fire fight each time my character has needed to pop a pill so far.

Well I've gone on another buying spree for games. In the past week I've bought Bioshock, Metro 2033 and the Tomb Raider Trilogy (and also received the Sly Collection from JHen for SS). Browsing Amazon and Ebay for a good deal on the Splinter Cell Trilogy as well.

Must...resist...the urge...

I decided to play Far Cry 2 since I downloaded it on PSN way back when and never really got around to playing it. I can tell now that the malaria attacks are going to get on my nerves considering that I've been in a fire fight each time my character has needed to pop a pill so far.

The malaria and the deteriorating guns were a pain in the ass but somehow I still poured over 30 hours into that game. I think it's still one of my favorite games this gen and I look forward to playing it on PS3 since I got it from PS+ as well.

Let me know how those games are, my only Sly memories are of the Thievius Raccoonus and even those are quite vague.

It's always a good sign that you got someone a good gift when you pretended you were buying it for yourself...
