The last time I had a 360 problem, it was exactly what you just had. The screen went yellow and green, but the sound was fine.

Call Microsoft, tell them it was the error that is still under warranty and send it in. Microsoft gave the E64 error a 3 year warranty...so you may be covered still. It's worth a shot.

I haven't turned my 360 on in 2 weeks. Mainly because of my new toy...but when Mass Effect comes out I'll be back.

the system is working today. Put a game in and its working. It wasnt even hot last night when this happened, but maybe the lengthy amount of time it was on cause the issue and now its cooled down.

called MS and the warranty is expired. I got it in 2006 so i guess i got a long time out of it. If it lasts me until im done with MW2 i will be happy

But I thought you said you got at least one RROD on it previously. If so, and you sent it back to M$, the warranty started over from that time.

i did send it in once before....i think it was last year....maybe 2008

Anyways your gpu probably overheated. You will probably get some more life out of it but the damage is done. This really doesn't have much to do with the xbox being a piece of shit and more of you had it on and gaming for 11 hours straight.

not that it matters, but not 11 hrs straight. i did have it on from about 5 pm to 1 am though. Thats a long time.
But regardless, i feel like i got my moneys worth out of this console

My one buddy has his on for a week straight trying to get passed visions in Rock Band 2 during the endless setlist. He used to do things like this all the time, like leaving it on all night and shit.

His xbox lasted 10 months lmao.

His new box which he actually takes care of now is on month 13. Who knew.
