15 mil? You could get Tevez for that in my game. He's scored 23 in 23 for Man City in January and they sold him to Madrid for 13 mil.

I think it has to do a lot with the larger use of the reputation feature. I have made a couple signings though, ones which I am really happy with. For some reason, this is probably my most 'English' game ever. I have also been raiding the lower divisions of English football like never before (Hobbs, Wickham, Cairney)

Thiago - Free from Barcelona (he is one of their wonderkids. He refused to even talk to me in season, but once he was out of contract, became much more receptive. A fat contract helped as well)
