Started a game as St Etienne. Always been partial to them, saw them play in France, used to have Gomis, had some memorable moments with Platini, etc.

Squad is pretty thin, no transfer budget and a wage budget that is already maxed out...

This could be tough

There is some talent here, but guys like Sanogo are on huge wages and I don't know why...

Payet is already unhappy. Offered him for £9 mil, going to get £7.5 from someone. I can find a replacement winger for 3-4 mil and then have some money to play with elsewhere. Mid table is all I want, so hopefully we can scrape it

Lost out in the 6th round of the FA Cup to West Ham, better than the board expected, but should've gotten farther. Sitting at 12th in the league with about six games left, ready to get this season over with and make some signings. Surprised I still have a job.

I'm the only team without a loss so far through 12 games, 9-3-0, but we face Chelsea at home next before heading out on a 3 game road stretch. Gary Cahill is almost back to 100% and his return will be a big boost to our defense. Distin gets fatigued to quickly and I don't have another decent center back. I could move Rodwell back there, though.

My team has hit a slump. We have major fixture congestion to go along with it. 7 games played with 3-4 days rest in between each game and we still have another 4 to go before we get at least a week off. Jack Rodwell has been lost for pretty much the rest of the season. He'll be out from December-April/May.

Started my first game of '11 with Montrose, the worst pro-team in Scotland. Picked a large grouping of playable lower leagues so I plan to bounce around the world on my way to the top.

Drew an away game against FC Twente in the first knockout round of the Euro Cup. If we win that game we get either Villarreal or LOSC Lille Metropole away.
