Just picked up four points from three games and I'm somehow still clinging onto this job. I would imagine I have to beat Birmingham at home next match, which can hopefully get me through an Arsenal game to the FA Cup against Aldershot. Weiss joins for 1.1 mil in January as well, which could really help.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

This game frustrates the shit out of me sometimes. Currently I am managing Middlesbrough and I can't put together a string of victories to save my life. My team will get up 1-0 and IMMEDIATELY, I am talking like within 5 minutes, they allow an equalizer. Ugh, so frustrating.Comment

Dzeko is currently out of contract in 6 months, I'm doing my all to get him. I don't have the wage space right now, but a lot of people are gunning for Sissoko. I've done my best to keep him happy, but it might be in my best interest to let him go for 15m+, then signing Dzeko immediately and possibly getting a backup at DM so Defour can slide into the first eleven. It's just so hard to let Sissoko go.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

Coutinho has been amazing so far this season for me. He was just going to be a rotational player but because of injuries was forced into the starting lineup and has not made one bad start since. He's racked up 1 goal and 6 assists in the EPL in 4 apps, as well as 6 goals in the pre-stages of the Europa Cup in 4 apps there.

Hard to let Moussa go when he's doing this.

Injuries are really starting to hurt my team. We just recorded a draw to Hull on the road. Gary Cahill (2 months) and Park Ji (1 month) just went down and they were really helping this team out a lot. I just got back Sturridge and Seamus Coleman.
E: I know this may turn out to be bad, but I think I'm going to give my 16 year old keeper some starts. Our next 4 EPL games are against teams we should beat, Blackpool (H), West Brom (H), Blackburn (A), and Sunderland (A).

Thinking about starting a new game. Not sure with whom though. Might go Koln so I can play with PodolskiComment

That's just the nature of FM, you're really lucky if you get a season without that crazy stretch of injuries. A lot of the time it turns out better than you'd expect.
Sissoko is too fucking good, he finished the month off with 6 goals, Goal of the Month, and Player of the Month. He's also leading the team with 11 goals, pretty pathetic that my holding mid is doing that, but I could see Vela overtaking him at some point.
Won two games in a row, if I can pull off a win against Wolves in the cup and WHam in the league I should be able to solidify my job and finish off the season.Originally posted by mgoblue2290If you want to win, put Drew in.Comment

Like when my striker, with a rating of 16 for finishing, shoots directly at the keeper from 8 yards out. But later in the match he will hit an upper 90 screamer from 30 yards out.
Or when I take my team and win a title and next season I have a bad stretch of games and they want my head on a platter.
Even with these sometimes annoying nuances it is too good to put down.Comment
