Yesterday's match inspired a Newcastle start. Got Sturridge on loan and jack collison for £4 mil. Also got a cheap winger who's name I forget. Preseason has been great, lOoking forward to the real thing. Think I will carry over and load more leagues next offseason (anyone know how that will work?)

I've held off on starting anything of substance on the demo. Didn't bother finding a German quick start and there are nowhere near enough players in the quick start to play as a club like Ajax. Really looking forward to the 21st, though. Last year, I think I held off for buying it for the first while and then barely played it for the longest time.

BTW, I'm out for any multi-player. I've learned that I don't play well with others...

Yeah they didn't do a German quickstart, and the players that get loaded in the other leagues are so few and far between that I feel doing anything on the demo was a waste.

I know the first game I'm playing is going to be Ajax with a view to move to Germany afterwards. This will be the year that I finally get my Ajax save going.

You can find other Quick Starts out there if you look around, but I didn't even bother this year. I'm always bothered by stupid little things on the demo- like competition names being goofed, club names that aren't right, and the German NT...

I'm eying up Ajax as well. None of the German sides I usually use appeal that much. Trying out Arsenal and trying to have them not suck might be more interesting this year. A big part of my problem with jumping form game to game is the idea of tyring to find the "perfect" game rather than just sticking with one that's fun.

BTW - waiting sucks balls. Feel for ya, dude. Used to have to order the boxed copy and wait on it too.

Ah, Buffon Jr. Too bad he apparently costs like 20m Euros to buy in the game...

When I first saw the a screen cap of his skills, I thought he had to be a fake player, a fill-in created by the game since the demo has so few players - I remember there were a couple super-awesome fake Brazilians on the on the demo a couple years back. But nope, he's real. And an amazing for such a young keeper.

Heels can you post up that keepers stats. I have to quit out of FM11 in order to load up the demo because it wants me to restart Steam, not happening.

Unless his hidden stats absolutely suck or his CA equals his PA, he's pretty certain to be world class. Determination of 19 is excellent and with Influence of 14 at that age, he could make a good captain in a few years, too.

SI says they'll have a fix in for the release, and hopefully for the demo so we can test it out. Should be good.

Shocked anyone on here plays tf2. And I have to agree, the items for this game are amazing if preordered. Sadly, I not too fond of the game to buy it for forty dollars or so.
